The Troubadour Gallery is an elegantly proportioned room ideally suited for use as a private party room, either for
- drinks for up to 70 guests
- buffet lunch or supper up to 50 people
- or sit down lunch or dinner for up to 30.
Located on the first floor, the room is classically decorated with wooden floors, large windows and high ceilings. With its own entrance and cloakrooms, The Gallery benefits from peace and quiet, away from the buzz of the Troubadour Café.
Parties are tailored to suit individual tastes, budgets and requirements, and we will work closely with you to ensure a very special event for you and your guests!

Art Exhibitions
The Troubadour Gallery, with its large windows and great natural light offers an ideal space for exhibitions of all kinds. The room is fitted out with excellent track-mounted, adjustable spot lighting & the brilliant Boyer Top Rail - beautifully explained and illustrated on our supplier's site www.system-marketing.co.uk/ which provides the best possible hanging system. We installed it on advice from a director of the National Gallery! Needless to say the advantage of a Gallery attached to a café is that the catering for the private views could not be easier to organise.
Troubadour Gallery Terms of hire
The Gallery's vital statistics are:
- 42m2 total Gallery area
- 30 linear metres of hanging space
- 3.3m ceiling height.
Each exhibition we hold is individually tailored; but the space is ideally suited for short shows - one week or less - with one or more private views.

Other Events at The Gallery
The Gallery is also the perfect location for small seminars, conferences, courses and even yoga or dance classes!
Please ask for our delegate rates. We can receive you at 9am with continental or buffet style breakfast, teas, coffee and fruit juices. After a morning's work the group can either have a quick lunch in the Gallery or indeed retire to the cafe for a change of scene and lunch in a relaxing surroundings. Returning to the Gallery with fresh coffee & teas to finish the afternoon session before a final drink in the cafe to round off the day.
