The Garret Accommodation

The Garret is our latest idea. The top floor of the 1860 building has been restored into an authentic Chelsea Arts & Crafts hideaway luxury suite.

A Phillip Starck double bed 2.5m square, antique furniture, spare double sofa bed, kitchenette, high powered shower and broadband internet connection make this slightly more than an ordinary one-bed flat.

The Garret is fully serviced. You can order room service from the cafe menu which is then delivered straight to your door. Garret residents are automatically given a preferential rate for entertaining friends at either drinks or dinner parties in the Gallery below.

The Garret is a luxury private and discreet space in a unique environment. It particularly suits visiting business people or artists who are bored with mainstream hotels but who still demand a high standard of comfort and efficient and friendly service. The suite is situated high above the surrounding buildings (please note - there is no lift!) with long views across the rooftops and is sound proofed from the bustle below. It is the perfect place to let the muse take you on a trip.

It also suits a small group visiting London for a few days; the leather sofa in the sitting room pulls out into a double bed and instantly means that Mum, Dad and the kids can spend a couple of days up in London staying somewhere comfortable and memorable which doesn't cost a fortune.

WiFi is available throughout the Garret. There are two LCD screens with integrated DVD players and free view channels. The bookshelves are stocked with a selection of novels and dvds. There is a fully stocked bar when you arrive as well as tea, coffee and other goodies from our deli below. The kitchen can be immediately stocked according to your requirements. There is a combination oven so that light 'eats' can be prepared and the Garret is equipped to serve dinner for four. The main point is that whatever you need you just ask.

The Garret is ready to go for those unplanned nights out; the bathroom is stocked with everything for the unprepared visitor, boy or girl.
